2021, Pourquoi Non Magnum Pinot Nero The brisling from FANGST isVinified with its natural native yeast The Grapes (Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris) are from Alsace, however, vinified in Jura. The grapes comes from HERTZ estate in Eguisheim, Alsace where the grapes are grown using organic and biodynamic agricultural practices. The wine is vinified by Yoshi
