2019 Ihringer Pinot Noir Intenso, Baden farsdag Hand harvested late FebruaryProduced from pure Pinot Noir in the famous wine region Kaiserstuhl, Baden in southern Germany. Produced in an old volcanic crater with warm and mineral soil as a result. The slopes from the volcano protect the vineyards from wind, so the wine only gets sun and water from above. Gives a slightly fuller Sptburgunder than you are used to.
