Sorghastrum n. 'Indian Steel' P9 gladiolus and the roundSorghastrum Indian Steel is a tall prairie grass. The new growth is green, but changes to a more blue green. The height is up to 1. 5m and 0. 5m wide. In dry soil it becomes lower. Blooms with spikes in July to September. Looks beautiful in winter with yellow straw and ears. Cut down in spring. Thrives best in full sun. 9cm pot.
