The Gin We Never Made _grainspirits It has an oily mouthfeelWe're doing whisky, not gin. That's how it is and that's how it is about to be. But some years back, where we shared distillation systems with others, we ended up with a few cans of new make, which tasted more of gin than whisky. Whether it was contagion, a mix up or a coincidence, we still do not know. Now it has been on a couple of solid bourbon barrels for well over four years. It tastes so honorable that we have decided to bottle it. So here it is
