Vinakoper Capris Cuvée Merlot The long ageing period givesA fantastic aperitif fruity and fresh Vinakoper Capris Cuve sparkling wine is made from the white wine varieties Malvasia, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of August and pressed using the Charmat method. The sparkling wine is clear in the glass with a golden yellow colour and green nuances. The high proportion of Malvasia gives the sparkling wine a very special freshness and brings out its full aromatic
