I very much like the texture of the succulent and caressing medium weight flavors that exude a refreshing salinity on the balanced and sneaky long finale

which were very elegant and is a superb vintage for Artadi

It improved with aeration and after a couple of hours was more open and floral

Henri Gouges, Nuits Saint Georges Rouge Vintage:2014 At first rich and vinous(from Les Plateaux, Belle Croix, Les Fleurires, Les Crots and Les Chaillots). A more deeply pitched and markedly earthier nose reveals notes of both red and dark currant along with a hint of the sauvage. The rich, velvety and caressing medium weight flavors are almost easy going and delicate on the delicious and lightly structured finale. This delicious effort is definitely not a classic Nuits but its attractive all the same.
