The whiskey is blended and bottled in California. Aged for a minimum of 5 years, the whiskey is blended from 8 barrels to make each batch. The mashbill used is corn, rye, and malted barley. Ascendent Spirits, located in Buellton, California is distilling whiskey, but at the moment only have corn whiskey and flavored moonshine available.
